In general, here are the eligibility criteria:

You should be a citizen of India or a non-resident Indian (some banks extend credit cards to NRIs).
You should be at least 18 years old. In some cases, the minimum age to apply for a credit card is 21 years.
You have to either be salaried or self-employed and have a steady source of income.

To use your credit card at merchant outlet, please follow the following instructions:

  • The merchant will dip your card at a PIN enabled POS terminal
  • The merchant will enter the amount to be paid by you
  • The POS terminal will prompt for the PIN
  • Enter your 4 digit Credit Card PIN on the POS terminal. Pull out the card once the transaction is complete

To use your credit card for online transaction, please follow the following instructions:

  • Make sure you are using a secure site while making payments through the Internet. Look for a lock icon in the status bar of your web browser. This icon indicates that a site is employing an encryption technology during the transmission of your sensitive data.
  • Never respond to phishing e-mails that falsely claim to be from a bank and ask you to disclose your personal and bank related confidential details. Eazy Bank Loan will never ask you to send your personal banking details.
  • Get yourself enrolled for 3D Secure (Verified by Visa (VbV)/ MasterCard SecureCode (MCSC)). This is now mandatory for carrying out online transactions.
  • Avoid accessing your Internet banking account on unsecured public computers (e.g. internet cafes).
  • Once you have completed your online banking transactions, remember to log-off by clicking on the "log-off" option. Close your browser and lock your computer if it is left idle.

All the retail transactions of Rs. 3,000.00 and above made on credit card can be converted into EMI within 30 days from the purchase date for a tenure of 3, 6, 9 and 12 EMIs ( However, transactions of Cash,jewelery and fuel purchases are excluded for emi conversion).

The contactless technology works only when the card is waved at a maximum range of 4 cms. Hence, even if the customer is at a small distance from the terminal, no accidental transaction can take place.

Plus the cashier must first enter the amount on the PoS machine before the card is tapped and payment is processed.

Contactless Credit Card has a chip and a radio frequency antenna embedded. When the Contactless Credit Card is tapped against terminal enabled for contactless payments, the card transmits payment details wirelessly, eliminating the need to insert it. Account details are communicated to the reader and then processed through the acceptance network in the usual way.

The credit limit of your existing Credit Card will be shared with your new Amazon Pay Credit Card. You can utilise the limit allocated on your base Credit Card.

Your credit card number is the 16-digit (15-digit in case of Credit cards on American Express network) number that is Embossed on the front of the credit card plastic issued to you by the Bank.

Late payment fee is charged on the credit card in the following scenarios:

  • If the minimum amount due is received after the due date
  • No payment is received
  • Payment received is less than the minimum amount due.

The Eazy Bank Loan Contactless Card never leaves the customer’s hand when a payment is made, so he/she is always in control. This gives added security to the card.

The customer will receive a charge-slip from the merchant, and also receive an SMS/Emailer on his/her registered contact details once the transaction is successful.

To change your Internet Banking User ID for credit card, please log in to your Internet Banking Account > My Profile > Credit Cards > Update user ID.

The changes in user ID will be made immediately and you have to login with the changed user ID.

  • Change of user ID is a one time option.
  • It is advisable to have an alphanumeric User ID to ensure security.

All InterMiles that you earn on your Business Advantage Card accrue automatically into your Jet Privilege account each month within 30-45 working days of your valid card transaction. The InterMiles accrued will be basis the Miles Split Ratio Module (MSRM) chosen by the Company.

Miles Split Ratio Module means the ratio offered by ICICI Bank in which the InterMiles earned on Qualifying Expenses are split between the Business and JetPrivilege member (company and employee). The available MSRMs are 75:25, 50:50 or 25:75, the company chooses an MSRM out of these options. For example, MSRM 75:25 specifies InterMiles split into 75% to the cardholder and 25% to the company. If your company has opted for this MSRM and you earn 1,000 InterMiles on Qualifying Expenses, 750 InterMiles will be credited into your JetPrivilege account and 250 InterMiles will be credited into your Company’s Business Rewards+ Account.
